Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will generally ship the same day, and orders received after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will generally ship the following day. You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping times estimated at checkout are based on after orders are processed (ship from the warehouse).

Example: if you choose expedited 1-2 day shipping and order at 10PM PST, your order will process the following business day and then take 1-2 days.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer a free shipping option for domestic USA with an estimated 3-5 business days. Other options for expedited shipping are available and calculated upon checkout based on the shipping address.

International Shipping

We offer flat rate $10.00 international Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping to almost all countries which can take 1-3+ weeks depending on the destination.

We also offer expedited rates that are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

PLEASE NOTE: For international shipments (non-USA) your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) depending on your destination country. which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. INHERENT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If subject to duties/taxes, a typical process is the package is held by the country's customs department, and notification is given to the recipient by mail or phone, telling them how much they need to pay and how. Once the recipient pays whatever is due, the package is delivered. If the recipient doesn't pay the taxes due, the package will be returned.

For shipments to Brazil, China, India, and Russia, please note that customs requirements tend to be lengthy and may require additional input from you which may affect delivery times significantly.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Our flat international rate includes free door-to-door tracking to 55 countries:

For other countries, tracking updates will stop at the border when handed over for local delivery.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Only USPS can ship to P.O. boxes, so please consider this when choosing your shipping option.

Final notes

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@inherent.tech with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
